Roman Shotashvili
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Roman’s background in real estate finance, construction management, and design, brings over 16 years of industry experience to DOM Partners and its investors. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations, financial activities, and overall asset management. Roman oversees acquisition, asset performance, and investor relations.
Previously, Roman was the founder of a design-build construction company where he played a multi-faceted role integrating aspects of acquisition, management, development, and design.
Roman holds a degree in Business Finance and Real Estate Finance and Development.

Leon Trakhtenberg
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Leon has more than 14 years combined experience in finance, planning, and research across the Commercial and Residential Real Estate, bringing a unique perspective to DOM Partners and its investors. Leon is responsible for property acquisition, strategic planning, research, and financial modeling.
Leon’s career includes PricewaterhouseCoopers, a big four public accounting firm, with a focus on financial statement analysis and reporting for publicly traded companies. Taking his experience into commercial real estate, Leon joined CBRE where he specialized in Houston’s office market, demographic, and economic research. Currently, Leon is the Vice President of Research at Douglas Elliman with a focus on development.
In addition to his corporate experience, Leon held the position of Treasurer and most recently Vice President on the board of Hillel, a non-profit organization focused on enriching the lives of Jewish students.
Leon holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Houston.
