Comprehensive intervention created a fully leased center
DOM Partners acquired the center at 62% occupancy after years of weak management and deferred maintenance. Vacant suites contained roof damage, mold, broken windows and failed HVAC systems, while overgrowth and drainage issues diminished the property’s appearance and usability.
Ownership executed a comprehensive renovation encompassing roofing, HVAC, suite buildouts, bathrooms, lighting, windows, fencing, security, signage and exterior work. On-site management and a rebuilt tenant experience supported full occupancy and rental performance above the original business plan.
The property reached 100% occupancy following repositioning and remains a well-leased neighborhood center.
